About the Company: A fast-growing supplier of high-quality products for the UK commercial construction sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and document orders accurately
  • Monitor stock levels and manage deliveries
  • Coordinate with Despatch, Purchasing, and other departments
  • Handle customer calls professionally
  • Suggest and implement process improvements
  • Manage quick orders and spare parts
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Complete weekly KPI reports
