- Process and document orders accurately
- Monitor stock levels and manage deliveries
- Coordinate with Despatch, Purchasing, and other departments
- Handle customer calls professionally
- Suggest and implement process improvements
- Manage quick orders and spare parts
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Complete weekly KPI reports
