Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Experience Required: Proven experience in a BDM role, preferably within the IT/MSP sector

About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our growth strategy. Your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients, and deliver tailored IT solutions that meet their needs. This role demands a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design and propose effective IT solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a BDM, ideally within the IT/MSP sector
  • Strong understanding of the MSP market and IT solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
