This role offers an exciting opportunity to work autonomously within a small, dynamic team. Backed by a UK-based independent investment office, we are on track for further expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and supervising technical staff to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement processes to manage operations and projects that meet customer requirements.
- Manage procurement, inventory planning, and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards across all processes.
- Take ownership of Health and Safety protocols.
- Develop strategic and operational goals for the company.
- Lead capacity planning and resource management.
- Monitor production KPIs and maintain quality controls.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Serve as the primary liaison with customers.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager in an electronic engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of operational management and organisational effectiveness.
