Account Manager/Sales and Service

Your new role
This is a brand-new role, created due to the success of the business. The main duties of this position will be to provide customer-facing sales, support and product training based around the advanced solutions on offer. You will work alongside the senior leadership team to identify opportunities within the market and explore possibilities with potential customers. You will create proposals, liaise with internal stakeholders and assist with installation either remotely or on site. This role will be exciting, challenging and varied.

Naturally, you will be a confident, fantastic rapport builder as part of your role will be to provide presentations and demonstrations whilst becoming an expert in your field.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a professional candidate with a good understanding of IT infrastructures. You will have experience in a similar role and have first-class communication and customer service skills. You must have a meticulous eye for detail, be a problem solver and have solid administration skills.
