Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive
Salary: £40K - £55K DOE
Location: Bristol, Hybrid.
Hours: Full Time
Department: Conveyancing
Main Responsibilities
- Handling a caseload of both residential and commercial property files including but not limited to, Sales, purchase, remortgage, buy to let, commercial leases, etc.
- Liaising with client and eternal parties.
- Oversee the department and junior members of staff.
Essential Criteria
- Must be experienced managing a caseload of varied conveyancing transactions
- Experience working with a case management system
- Ideally experience leading or supervising a team/junior member of staff.
- Experience in commercial and Residential Property preferred.
