We are working with a cutting-edge SaaS provider in Hertfordshire, on the brink of exciting growth after a period of substantial growth. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a talented Senior PM to join their dynamic team and help bring innovative software solutions to life.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience of client facing Project Management experience, ideally for a software house or SaaS provider.
- Formal project management qualifications (Prince 2, PMP, Agile).
- Line management experience, comfortable leading and training teams of PMs, BAs and product owners.
- Comfortable managing flagship client relationships.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Implementing best project management practices to drive efficiency and quality.
- Communicating with stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Adapting to changing project needs and facilitating Agile methodologies when necessary.
- Line management and support of more junior colleagues.
