Quality Manager

Up to £50,000 - Dependant on experience.
My client is an established company that specialises in producing made-to-measure bespoke products that are used in the manufacturing sector and they are now seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. As a Quality Manager you will be responsible for the management of all quality activities across all sites, developing and delivering a companywide quality strategy and ensure that products meets the correct industry standards.
Quality Manager Responsibilities;
- Manage, motivate and direct the Quality Engineering team
- Ensuring that industry manufacturing standards are achieved such as ISO 9001
- Develop and deliver a companywide quality strategy
- Manage the internal auditing processes
- Provide technical support and training for engineering colleagues
- Set and monitor Quality targets and KPIs
Quality Manager Requirements;
- Previous experience working within a Quality Manager/Lead based position
- HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering would be advantageous
- Must have knowledge of engineering & manufacturing processes
- ILM level 3 qualification would be advantageous
- Knowledge of quality tools is essential
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
