Job Title: Residential Conveyancer

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. Our ethos is based on building relationships which has resulted in a lot of long-standing clients that return to us for advice on a range of matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Conducting all conveyancing procedures including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, leasehold documents, and other legal documents
- Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory and legislative requirements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
- Providing high-quality customer service and keeping clients informed throughout the process
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing (qualification isdesirable but not essential)
- Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
