This organisation lead the way in cutting edge diagnostics. Based in North Lanarkshire, this organisation are seeking a UK & Ireland Marketing Manager to join the organisation.
Your new role
You will be leading, owning and managing on all of their UK and Ireland marketing operational plans and budget, with a key focus on comms and their busy event schedule. You will work closely with their marketing, sales and clinical teams to align content and promotions to key objectives and the wider organisations strategy. The role has a focus on more traditional methods of marketing but will closely collaborate with their Digital Marketing Manager
What you'll need to succeed
Day to day:
- Creating and managing the UK and Ireland marketing plan across all species and modalities
- Understanding what their customers look like today and building out a portfolio of personas
- Keeping on top of their busy event schedule - owning and managing all events and sponsorship activities
- Understanding the importance of education - working together with the marketing and clinical team to build out a plan for launching their platform international
- Being social - working with their digital marketing manager, and marketing executive to create high performing social media channels
- Outreach across media and our own departments to build out our external and internal communication plans
- Keeping on top of budgets to ensure their activities are providing tangible results for the business
- Working with a wonderful team of fellow marketers across a variety of projects, campaigns and promotions
- Working collaboratively across departments to achieve business goals together!
What you'll need to be successful:
- A good number of years under your belt managing marketing plans and budgets
- Deep understanding of marketing processes
- Ability to lead and drive on projects and initiatives
- Work-well in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of distributor networks
- A friendly and approachable mannerism
- A pro-active approach to learning
What you'll get in return
This organisations offers a flexible working pattern an will be required to work in the office 2-3 days per week. This organisation are offering a salary of £45k and looking for someone to start asap!
