Administration Manager

Reed Business Support are currently seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee our clients' administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, target-driven individual with a disciplined work ethic and a proven track record in team leadership and quality assurance.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Diary management, booking travel and accommodation.
  • Ensure all stationary is ordered and keep a track on office expenses.
  • Produce detailed reports and identify areas for improvement for senior management.
  • Coordinate training strategies to develop a successful administrative team.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and site visitors.
  • Prepare documentation for internal audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated team leadership and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong background in administration and customer relationship building.
  • Excellent organisational skills and networking capabilities.
  • Target-driven with a disciplined approach to work.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within an administrative leadership role.
