What you'll do:

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing your own portfolio of around 100 clients. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with your clients through virtual review meetings, presentations, and occasional on-site client events. Your primary goal will be to ensure client understanding, provide support through effective communication, and identify further revenue opportunities. You will also negotiate renewal pricing while working towards internal KPI measures.

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 key EAP and Occupational Health clients based predominantly in central UK
  • Proactively manage client relationships to achieve contract retention levels and renewal premiums
  • Deliver new client implementation projects, ensuring the company's offerings are fully embedded into key corporate clients
  • Support tender and bid exercises representing the relationship management function
  • Negotiate renewal terms with intermediary and direct clients, demonstrating return on investment for clients
  • Deliver consultancy services regarding product options such as onsite training and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and actively promote additional services with a target of £10,000 new business per quarter
  • Achieve three self-generated new business client wins per quarter
  • Maintain personal statistical renewal reports daily, highlighting at-risk clients and further opportunities
