Lynx Recruitment are representing an energy technology business close to Bath, to recruit for an R&D Project Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Write requirements docs and develop project plans
- Liaise with engineering on timelines, costs and risks
- Conduct hands-on qualification testing and field trials
- Perform failure analysis and generate test reports/QA docs
- Create clear customer documentation
Requirements:
- Multidisciplinary knowledge across mechanical, electronics, software
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
