PA to OL/PL Partner
Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Friday (alternative arrangements and reduced hours considered)

The Client is an award-winning law firm specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. Ranked 80th among UK law firms.
About the Role:
A PA to assist a Partner in the OL/PL department. The ideal candidate must have legal secretarial experience in personal injury, excellent Microsoft Office skills, and a strong command of English. An audio typing speed of 65+ wpm is a plus. Proactivity and self-management are essential.
Job Description:
- Prepare correspondence and documents via audiotyping and word processing.
- Administer filing, including daily filing and client file management.
- Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- Arrange copying and manage fee earner diaries.
- Support other secretaries and the administration team as needed.
- Attend to clients in person and on the phone, providing professional support.
- Undertake training and self-development.
- Ensure confidentiality of all firm and client information.
- Deliver excellent client care.
Essential:
- Legal secretarial experience
- Computer literate with excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent English spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Strong word processing and audio typing skills
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Experience in a Personal Injury or civil litigation firm
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Proclaim case management system
- Audio typing speed of 65+ wpm
- Experience with court forms and pleadings
- Experience with digital dictation, ideally Big Hand
