The Job
Due to change in our client business with regards to ownership, an interim Accountant will be hired for 6-9 months to assist with various workstreams/projects relating to the change. Hybrid or fully remote opportunity. You will support a Group Controller will the changes in reporting and controls.
Some of the projects you will be involved in include:
- Changing year end reporting deadline
- Sox controls
- Change to various reporting streams, systems and controls.

About You
- Qualified Accountant, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Experience of group accounts and consolidations
- Have experience of working with a US owned business
- Experience of Sox compliance
- Up to date knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- FX experience
