Minimum Requirements
- Relevant childcare experience
- Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Outstanding classroom practitioner
- Energy, passion, and drive to raise standards
- Initiative, vision, encouragement, and organisational skills
- Experience working with students with SEMH and additional needs (preferred)
- Knowledge and understanding of developments in education
