The Role:

As an Account Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in their investment opportunities. Your role involves nurturing relationships, guiding clients through market intricacies, and facilitating trades. With a hunter mentality, you'll proactively bring new clients onboard while fostering lasting connections in their dynamic and rewarding environment.

Job Duties:

  • Respond promptly to incoming warm enquiries from potential investors interested in investments.
  • Engage in active listening to understand investors' needs, preferences, and financial goals.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their level of interest, investment knowledge, and financial capacity.
  • Educate potential investors about the market, highlighting the benefits and potential returns of investments.
  • Provide personalised recommendations based on investors' objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Guide investors through the investment process, including verifying their identity, explaining contract terms, and facilitating payment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Close deals and seek to build relationships to increase investment levels.
