You will be joining an established, dynamic and successful organisation in the Kingswinford area for a role in their Customer Service Function. This is a people-orientated business who are looking for someone to join their friendly and experienced team.
Your new role
You will be a key point of contact for customers and support the sales function with administrative duties. This varied role includes tasks of:
- Handling queries from customers - checking stock, delivery updates, technical product queries
- Processing orders by phone and email
- Liaising with multiple internal teams to solve customer enquiries
- Providing quotations
- Setting up new customer accounts.
This is a full-time role, working in their Kingswinford office Monday to Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a similar customer service role
- Confidence with handling customer queries
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Strong IT literacy
- Attention to detail
- A real team-player work ethic
- The ability to work with time pressures in a busy environment.
