Customer Service Advisor

You will be joining an established, dynamic and successful organisation in the Kingswinford area for a role in their Customer Service Function. This is a people-orientated business who are looking for someone to join their friendly and experienced team.
Your new role
You will be a key point of contact for customers and support the sales function with administrative duties. This varied role includes tasks of:

  • Handling queries from customers - checking stock, delivery updates, technical product queries
  • Processing orders by phone and email
  • Liaising with multiple internal teams to solve customer enquiries
  • Providing quotations
  • Setting up new customer accounts.

This is a full-time role, working in their Kingswinford office Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a similar customer service role
  • Confidence with handling customer queries
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT literacy
  • Attention to detail
  • A real team-player work ethic
  • The ability to work with time pressures in a busy environment.
