Customer Service Manager

A&G Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for our prestigious client based in Reading.

We're looking for a friendly and approachable candidate willing to go extra mile and lead by example.

Main purpose of the role is to lead and motivate the Service Office team to consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service, ensure a safe working environment, and deliver timely and professional administration support for the business.

Monday-Friday

and 1 Saturday in 4, and a lieu day given back

40h/week with flexibility of start and finish time

£38000/year

Main responsibilities:

  • To assist the General Manager on day-today customer service issues.
  • To take responsibility for the day-to-day organisation of the Office, ensuring a safe working environment in the Service Office.
  • To actively manage and improve the Customer experience.
  • Actively feedback customer satisfaction levels, and as part of the management team, develop action plans and strategies to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge on the customer service system and the portal, providing both colleagues and customers with advice and support.
  • Ensure that there is excellent communication with the external service team.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer contacts.
  • To generally promote and encourage an environment where there is a positive awareness and commitment to safe and healthy working.
  • Trained and suitably positioned to cover in the absence of the payroll staff.
  • To attend training courses as required.
  • To foster and maintain good working relations throughout the Company.
  • Reporting statistics and KPIs to the General Manager in accordance with set timeframe and provide reports to the site management team as required.
  • Ensure all office technology and equipment is maintained, in good working order and reliable record keeping.
  • Other Ad hoc duties as required.
