Income Officer

Role Purpose:

We are seeking an Income Officer to foster a culture of timely payments and manage rent arrears across all tenures.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Drafting and serving NOSPs, issuing proceedings.
  • Producing regular KPI reports.
  • Understanding of social housing issues and best practices in income management and debt collection.
  • Knowledge of Housing and Welfare Benefits.
  • Proficiency with Excel and housing management software (e.g., Yardi, UC and Housing Benefit portals).
  • Strong initiative, high numeracy and literacy levels.
  • Understanding of health and safety responsibilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications and Housing Rents software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
