Up to £15.00 an hour Temporary to Permanent

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Business Support Executive, to join our client's organisation based in Birmingham City Centre. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding client service via email and telephone communication
  • Handling financial administration tasks, including using the SAP system to:
  • Accessing and managing customer financial information
  • Supporting the business with general administrative tasks, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards
  • Supporting UK Directors with general adhoc support such as travel & events.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working within a Professional Services Environment
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience in handling data and spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Trustworthy
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to clients and stakeholders
