Head of Service Delivery - Retail / Ecommerce / Digital
Our client is a market leading specialist digital platform who are looking for a Head of Service Delivery to join their team. You'll be joining a lean but high performing team committed to driving a best in class service capability to the business and users across their various digital channels - web, mobile, app etc.
You'll be responsible for driving best practice, implementing ways of working and building out the service & support teams across the business. You'll drive a ITIL standards throughout the organisation and ensure incident & chance management practices are embedded, whilst working closely with 3rd party suppliers to ensure they meet standards. You'll have responsibility for the support and on-going continuous improvements of the availability & security of the various digital platforms and infrastructure within the business.
Ideally we are looking for candidates with the following experience:
- Experience working on high availability customer facing platforms. (Retail / Ecommerce / Travel etc.)
- A true ITIL practitioner
- Previous Service Delivery leadership role.
- Strong 3rd party & stakeholder management experience
