We have a vacancy for an Electrician to join our Responsive Repairs Team covering Bracknell and surrounding area.
This is a full time, (40 hours per week), vacancy with many added benefits.
The Team and what you would be doing
We're looking for electricians responsible for the delivery of Responsive Repairs, can also deliver electrical heating upgrades and new kitchen and bathroom upgrades across our properties.
Carry out electrical installation service and responsive maintenance work in a safe and efficient manner and completing electrical Inspection and testing of our portfolio.
It's essential that you hold the most up to date 18th Edition qualification, understand how social housing works and an experience of NICEIC certsure or similar software.
What you need in order to apply.
Essential Qualifications:
- City and Guilds 236 Pt 1 & 2 (or NVQ Level 3).
- 18th edition
- C&G 2391 Inspect and Testing (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driver License.
