This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global FMCG company in Surrey. As a Reporting & Pricing Analyst, you will manage the internal pricing system, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and analysing pricing data, and supporting the Reporting & Pricing Manager with various reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing (80%)
- Maintain promotional pricing and review current strategies.
- Ensure the integrity of pricing and product master data.
- Set up system price data including RRP, contract pricing, and dealer discount ratio.
- Monitor and produce weekly reports, reviewing overcharge details.
- Provide regular updates and distribute open order data to SCM/Sales teams.
- Partner with Sales Managers and Product Managers.
- Resolve pricing queries from the Accounts Receivable team.
Reporting (20%)
- Support the production of HQ/Europe Office reporting data.
- Track and report Finance Operation's KPI dashboard and Customer Spend Monthly tracker.
What We Need
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is a plus.
