Currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Project Administrator to undertake the role of Data Collector for our ‘Know Your Customer' (KYC) processes with Service Stations. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and security of sensitive customer information.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday fully office based. Time: 10am-14.00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently collate and manage over 800+ KYC details from various service stations.
- Maintain organised records of sensitive data including copies of passports and utility bills.
- Ensure data completeness by following up on incomplete submissions as per our requirements.
- Communicate effectively and confidently to gather necessary information, being persuasive when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data collection, management, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and responsibly.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be assertive and persuasive.
- Ability to work independently in an office setting for 4-5 hours per day.
