Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations within our Oil and Gas facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil and gas production, with excellent leadership skills and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the branch, ensuring the safe and efficient production of oil and gas.
  • Monitor production levels, operational equipment, and systems, ensuring that all processes comply with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure effective teamwork between Inspection and Laboratory teams, where relevant, to ensure an effective Quality and Quantity service is provided to the customer.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain operational excellence and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the service sector related to the petrochemical industry.
  • Relevant professional qualification/membership of industry body e.g. IFIA, Deck Officer.
  • Experience of directly communicating with clients and successfully resolving clients issues/complaints.
  • Previous experience of operating in a co-ordination or supervisory role within a successful team.
  • Driving license that is elligible to use in the UK.
