After 9 years in operation the company is keen to capitalize on recent successes by maintaining and improving two major client accounts, in ecommerce and health.

Performance Marketing Manager - The Role:

The Performance Marketing Manager will be a crucial part of Crucible's ambitious plans by maintaining and improving its existing client campaigns, and reporting, recommending and directing strategies for further gains and growth across performance channels – particularly Google PPC and Meta. You will actively engage with clients, direct and plan their campaigns, and work to achieve growth and conversion goals. Your strategies will be imperative for the growth and success of our clients.

It is most important for the successful candidate to approach the challenge with an open and enthusiastic approach and have an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset. As the department grows based on your successes, the role is likely to become part of the company's senior management structure.

Performance Marketing Manager - Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Accountability for paid ad campaigns across search, display, social, and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, market analysis, and optimising of campaign performance
  • Forecast-responsibility, working towards greatest possible spend within client's budget at the highest ROAS
  • Ensuring successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet predefined KPIs
  • Optimising campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
  • Write content for marketing ads, campaigns, and landing pages
  • Setting briefs for creative design - video and image

Performance Marketing Manager - You:

  • An implement, test, and measure mindset, with strong analytical skills
  • The ability to build campaigns, advise development teams on where to place pixels and setup UTM codes
  • The ability to refine and implement strategies, advising team members on best approach
  • The desire and ability to lead a small team and impart knowledge to junior members of the team (though the role will initially not have any direct reports)
  • Client-facing, delivering reports and attending pitches
  • Experience working with clients at the beginning of their digital marketing journeys
  • Deep knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager..)

Desirable

  • Experience working in an agency environment, across various accounts
  • Experience working with AdOps
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Certified in Google Analytics, Google Ads or Facebook Ads
