Walker and Sloan are partnered with an award winning marketing agency who are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join their team and be responsbile for overseeing all paid media activity for their clients focused on producing ROI and results against agreed KPIs.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and forecast strategies against client KPIs, participating in daily, weekly, monthly account activities, and quarterly client strategy sessions.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Performance, and Account Management teams to meet commercial strategies and performance targets.
  • Manage budgets to ensure monthly spend aligns with ROI goals.
  • Measure and report campaign effectiveness regularly.
  • Optimize landing pages for conversion with data and content teams.
  • Assist in managing Paid Media specialists and executives, focusing on their training and development.
  • Recommend performance enhancements to internal stakeholders.
  • Brief colleagues on paid media tasks with detailed instructions and support.
  • Stay updated on new tools, software, and legislation affecting paid media.
  • Forecast and explore new business opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Paid Media and Search on new business pitches.
  • Generate and scope new opportunities for the Paid Media team.

What you'll need to apply

  • In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms, their usage, target audiences, role in marketing, customer decision-making, and result generation.
  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients across various sectors.
  • eCommerce experience and utilising tools such as Google Merchant is desirable
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to write engaging, action-oriented ad copy and messaging.
  • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to daily tasks.
