What will you do?
- Estate and asset protection planning
- Will drafting (including tax efficient wills incorporating trusts)
- Creation & drafting of onshore trusts
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Powers of attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Act for families, individuals, trustees and private wealth advisories
- (experience of all of these elements is not essential – training will be given, you should just be commercially focused and willing to learn)
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- To be a solicitor or legal executive with up to 4 years' PQE within private client law
- Newly qualified solicitors with significant private client experience will be considered
- STEP membership beneficial, but not essential (a willingness to start/complete would be an advantage)
