Service Manager (Greenwich)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead and manage supported accommodation services for young people aged 16+. This is a temporary role with an immediate start. You will be overseeing 5 young people's services across Greenwich, leading a dedicated team and ensuring young people receive the best possible support.
Key responsibilities of the Service Manger include:
- Managing a team of Project Workers, Night Workers, and a Concierge
- Ensuring high-quality housing and support services for young people.
- Coordinating with local authorities and agencies.
- Leading recruitment, training, and service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety and safeguarding policies.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience managing services for young people with complex needs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple services.
- Knowledge of housing management, safeguarding, and statutory responsibilities.
