Marketing Assistant Charity Hybrid - 2/3 days a week in office £25-27k
The Company
My client is a not-for-profit in the healthcare sector. Their Marketing team is rapidly expanding as they are implementing a new marketing strategy over the coming years with a focus on acquisition.
The Role
The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in the co-ordination of the Marketing team, providing a wide range of support across Marketing, Advertising, Design, and Social Media to support the overall Marketing strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage distribution of marketing material for events as required
- Working with external suppliers for ordering of print materials etc.
- Manage photography and media library
- Amend images and artwork using Photoshop and InDesign as required
- Monitor distribution and communication of promotional materials
- Manage the Marketing inbox
- Schedule Social Media posts using Hootsuite
- Support the Marketing and Communications team as required
- Admin and organisational support for large Marketing projects
Skills Required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Clear, concise, and impactful communication style
- Can organise and prioritise own workload
- Good communication with internal and external stakeholders
- An interest in Marketing and working for a purpose driven organisation
- Microsoft Office literate
- A basic understanding of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
