This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with IVA experience looking to transition into corporate insolvency, with full training and support provided.

Position Overview:
As a Corporate Insolvency Administrator / IVA Administrator, you will manage a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases. Your role will involve overseeing Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) and being trained to handle corporate insolvency cases such as liquidations and administrations. You will work alongside experienced insolvency professionals and gain valuable experience in both personal and corporate insolvency.

This position is ideal for someone with an IVA background who is looking to expand their expertise into the corporate insolvency field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Administer a portfolio of insolvency cases, including IVAs, CVLs, and administrations.
  • Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for directors, creditors, and clients, providing clear advice and updates throughout the insolvency process.
  • Documentation: Prepare statutory documents, creditor reports, and case-related paperwork, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Training in Corporate Insolvency: For those from an IVA background, full training will be provided to transition into corporate insolvency.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure cases are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements and deadlines, maintaining accurate records and producing detailed reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in IVA administration with a desire to transition into corporate insolvency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
