Title: HR Advisor Global Mobility
Location: Exeter
Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
Type: 6 months Contract
iO Associates has teamed up with a global leader serving diverse industries including energy generation, water distribution, surface transport, aviation, retail, and environmental sectors like agriculture to recruit an HR Advisor - Global Mobility.
In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing and advising on legislative requirements to facilitate the international mobility process and compliance to facilitate international exchange and ensure efficient execution.
Required:
- Active SC Clearance
- Relevant Global Mobility experience including regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of international mobility processes and policies.
- Experience working in a big, complex organization in a mobility capacity, preferably in the public or educational sectors.
- Review and advise on legislative requirements to facilitate the international mobility process and compliance.
