The ONE Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering with an owner managed service business based in Grantham, who are proud to be part of a wider group. They are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager who can oversee a small team, as well as the day to day accounts function.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Production of Management Accounts
- Presenting the weekly sales performance
- Ensuring their systems and processes are efficient and lead on system development projects.
- Develop and Improve processes
- Business patterning with SLT to provide insights and analysis and adding decision making support.
- Coaching and mentoring the transactional team.
- Budgeting & forecasting
The ideal candidate will be a CIMA or ACCA qualified Accountant. Aplicants who are qualified by experince will also be considered for the role. Growth and development is something this company can offer for the right applicant.
This role is office based 5 days a week during your 6m probation, after this, some flexibility on hybrid working maybe considered. Working hours are 8:30-5:00pm, however, your start and finish time can be flexible, working a 37.5 hour week.
The salary for the role is paying up to £50,000 per annum.
