Business Development Manager

Collins Property Recruitment is working with a fast-growing guardianship company in Central London who are at a pivotal stage of growth. They are now looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager.

The firm has built an exceptional reputation built on trust, collaboration, and open communication. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and contributing to the company's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • Achieve target of qualified leads a month.
  • Convert at least 25% of leads into clients.
  • Attend Industry events, conferences and trace shows every quarter.
  • Be pro- active with setting up client meetings and updating the company system.
  • Work closely with the Director to achieve annual targets and develop growth with the Business development department.

Required skill sets for the Business Development Manager:

  • A minimum of four years' experience working as a Business Development Manager.
  • A previous track record of achieving targets.
  • Must have experience or an understanding of the property industry.
  • Must be able to collaborate and achieve targets with the team.
  • Must be pro-active with opening new business by attending events and client meetings outside of the office.
