We are currently looking for an Electrician to join HMS!

Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in vacant housing units, ensuring compliance with national standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of electrical systems, and provide certifications of compliance.
- Diagnose electrical issues efficiently and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the broader maintenance team to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and reports on inspections and certifications.
- Stay updated with the latest electrical codes, standards, and technologies for continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Utilise IT and communications equipment.
- Deliver recognised industry standards for compliance, quality, and productivity.
- Avail of individual and corporate training and development.
- Drive a company van.
Skills & Experience
- Time served apprenticeship.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Qualification EMTA 17/18th edition.
- 2391 Electrical Testing Qualification.
- CSCS Card at appropriate level
