Working with a growing business that changes lives through distance learning, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic CRM Manager!
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the leadership team you will be responsible for optimising the CRM System to enhance sales and customer experience
Full time: Permanent role, Mon - Fri (2 days home-based)
Location: Solihull (Near NEC, B37)
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 dependant on experience

What it's all about...
- Optimise the CRM System to enhance sales conversions and customer service
- Ensure conversion focussed customer interactions from initial contact to post purchase
- Develop and manage workflows with the CRM System
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align CRM activities with overall goals and strategies
- Analyse customer data to generate insights to improve customer experience
- Monitor and report on CRM metrics
- Create and manage automated marketing campaigns
- Train and support team(s) in CRM best practices and usage
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies
What we need from you...
- Proven experience in a CRM Manager or similar position
- Extensive working knowledge of various CRM systems, including Hubspot
- Proficient in using Hubspot and marketing automation tools
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Proven project management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of data privacy and best practices
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate amongst all stakeholders
