Our client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of our Managed SOC, SIEM, XDR, Vulnerability Management, and Security Governance services for a major Public Sector customer.
Who are you?
- A highly Technical Delivery Manager, you will have experience in managing multiple Cyber Security Technology Projects
- You will also bring experience in two or more of the following domains:
- Identity and Access Management
- Threat Intelligence
- Risk Evaluation
- Security Assessment
- Penetration Testing and Incident Management
- You will a strong communicator who can articulate the complexities of these technologies to clients
The ideal candidate will have:
- You will be someone who understands the following Security technologies
- Able to clearly communicate the security technologies in depth to customers
- Expertise with Microsoft Sentinel, the Microsoft XDR Suite (Microsoft Defender for: Endpoint, Office 365, Cloud Apps and Identity) and technical vulnerability management.
- Experience in coordinating with third-party vendors and working with UK PS organisations is highly desirable.
Key areas of the Role:
- Service Delivery: Coordinate and Monitor the delivery of Managed SOC, SIEM, Microsoft Defender XDR (Microsoft Defender for: Endpoint, Office 365, Cloud Apps and Identity), Vulnerability Management, and Security Governance services, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices and meeting KPI's and SLA's of the contract
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, building strong, positive relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
