Cherry Professional are recruiting for an up and coming
Furniture retailer
based in Nottingham.
The suitable candidate will be an outgoing character with a drive to progress and have a passion for Furniture sales with excellent Customer Service skills.
What we are looking for:
- Natural enthusiasm and passion to bring their products to life, demonstrating great
customer service
ensuring that their customers' homes look incredible for years to come
- An engaging, positive and friendly personality
- A can do attitude, devoted to delivering impeccable customer service with professionalism
- An entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude — comfortable working both as a team and independently
- Valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential
Key responsibilities:
- Using your natural ability to build rapport with our customers to advise them on the products
- Taking customers through the sales process and completing the required order paperwork and credit agreements (full training provided)
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines within the shop
- Providing excellent product knowledge to customer
- Assist in implementing store promotions and sales events
- Work with other sales associates and store staff to ensure a cohesive team environment
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Process orders and coordinate delivery or pickup arrangements
