Are you an experienced Operations Manager within the B2B food manufacturing sector looking for a prestigious role for a large food production group?
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing site within a large, national food group.
The role is to have operational responsibility for a food production site of 30 plus staff and to manage the upcoming growth of the site due to new contracts about to go live.
The role is broad and the responsibilities varied, but will include leadership of engineering, production, technical and divisions with a focus on productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
The Role
- Full time, permanent, senior Managerial level position on a medium, growing food manufacturing site
- Responsible for strategic, commercial and functional direction of the site.
- First and second line leadership duties. Direct reports include Production Manager and Technical Manager plus other indirect reports.
The Person
- Working background in B2B food manufacturing production
- Experience in a senior leadership position, including strategic, budget and second line management.
- Experience of managing client relationships
