Reed is working with a client in the recruitment of an expertise in R&D tax credits to lead the effective implementation of their onboarding strategy. This pivotal role ensures that clients can seamlessly adopt and benefit from their R&D funding solutions, under the guidance of the Head of SMB Success.
Day to Day of the role:
- Ensure the successful execution of the client onboarding strategy and accelerate the client's adoption of R&D claims product.
- Manage a comprehensive onboarding process for new and renewing clients, providing a meticulously planned programme with clear objectives, timelines, and procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, managing expectations, aligning on goals, and providing consistent updates.
- Develop implementation strategies to ensure clients are onboarded within the defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with various business areas to ensure a streamlined approach for every client.
- Handle multiple onboarding projects concurrently, prioritising business outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate a smooth transition of accounts to the Delivery Team.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives aimed at refining processes, focusing on automation and scalable improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in R&D tax credit, preferably in a client-facing role.
- In-depth knowledge of technical R&D schemes.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to deliver projects within tight deadlines.
- Collaborative spirit, capable of working across different teams to achieve a unified client experience.
