Job status: Hybrid, 2 days in the office a week (Tue/Wed), 3 at home
Working hours: 37.5 h per week/ Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm

Customer Operations Administrator - Main responsibilities:
- Managing customer accounts.
- Processing customer orders on SAP.
- Uploading manual orders.
- Running reports on Excel.
- Handling stock discrepancies.
- Working on customer claims.
- dealing with refused deliveries.
Customer Operations Administrator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Order processing experience.
- SAP experience.
- Excellent Excel skills i.e. Pivot Tables.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fantastic customer service skills.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving and decision making.
- Being able to meet and work towards tight deadlines.
