Enable Therapy Services (ETS) is an award-winning independent Rehabilitation and Vocational case management company, providing early intervention rehabilitation support to people affected by injury or illness. We employ a team of HCPC registered Occupational Therapist working as Case Managers who provide the knowledge and experience required to help our clients to return to function where possible and achieve their maximum potential whilst adjusting to their circumstances.

Case management aims to enhance and expedite the individual's recovery to return to an acceptable lifestyle including returning to work. Our Case Managers are supported by an exceptional team of dedicated and friendly administrators based in our Head Office in Leeds, who frequently liaise with our stakeholders to provide the best possible service.

Job Purpose and Overview

To provide efficient and confidential mainly administrative support to a team of Case Managers in coordinating and managing rehabilitation services. This role involves speaking with clients, relatives, clinicians, scheduling, document preparation, resource coordination, data management and problem solving. The primary job focus is to support the Case Managers and proactively support case management services, to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to successful rehabilitation outcomes.

Experience

Previous experience of working in a busy administrative role or other roles where strong organisational skills, customer service and compliance with process management systems is critical to ensure the effectiveness of the role.
