Position: Account Executive

About Us:

A leading name in B2B communications are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join their established and highly successful team.

The Role:

This is a professional sales position within a thriving business. While previous experience in high-value advertising or media sales is desirable, it is not essential. With realistic and uncapped earning potential of £35k - £40k in your first year, and £40k+ in your second year, this role offers flexible working options and the opportunity for international travel.

Offices are located in Truro, featuring an open-plan layout and free parking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Engage with clients and prospects through phone calls and virtual meetings.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive cross-business sales.
  • Attend international events to strengthen client relationships and develop new contacts.
  • Achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and forecast sales pipelines using our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence in telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Resilience and a strong drive to succeed.
  • High levels of business acumen, organisation, and IT proficiency.
  • A competitive nature balanced with a commitment to teamwork.

  • Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year (OTE: £40k - £45k)

Preferred Experience:

  • 1 year in account management or B2B sales.
