We are working exclusively with a manufacturing business in the Scarborough area who is looking for some interim Administration support due to a colleague being off work due to illness.
What the Administrator job involves
- Accurately inputting customer orders onto Sage
- Entering the correct product codes onto the system to monitor stock levels
- Ordering parts for customer orders
- Reviewing the admin process to make efficiencies
Skills required
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience of working in an administrative role
- Use of MS Office and other internal computer systems
- Self managed and able to learn new processes quickly
Other information
- Monday to Friday full / part time
- Car parking available
- Easily accessible on public transport (bus / train)
- Minimum of one month, possibly longer
