Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide first-class administrative support to Senior Leadership.

We are working with a leading firm that has seen astronomic growth over the last few years, they are award winning with several locations across the UK. This is an incredible opportunity for you to work closely with a Senior Operations Team, providing Exec Support across their busy and varying workload.

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enabling the leadership team to focus on their strategic responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with the Operations Team to maintain alignment with key business objectives and assist in executing and tracking our business plan. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all departments stay on track with company goals.

You will be a trusted confidant to our leadership team, handling confidential information with the upmost care. Your strong verbal and written communication skills will allow you to interact effectively across all levels of the business, ensuring clear and timely dissemination of information.

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Monday to Friday, full time permanent

Office based with flexible arrangements after onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and follow up on board meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring actions are completed.
  • Provide PA support to the Senior Leadership team, including diary management, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel.
  • Support company events, including date management, liaising with venues, and preparing materials.
  • Assist with communication efforts, including drafting correspondence and preparing reports.
  • Maintain accurate company records.
