Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable Risk Methods & Process Lead to join our team in any of our UK locations**.** You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum and great benefits.

As part of the Central Risk team, the Risk Methods & Process Lead role is responsible for identifying, developing and delivering new ways of working, focusing on data, including AI, models and process automation and efficiency. The role will work closely with our Data Strategy and Customer Journey teams to work collaboratively to enhance what we do and how we do it.

Your responsibilities as our Risk Methods & Process Lead - Flexible UK will include:

  • Risk Roadmap: Responsible for developing and delivering the Risk process improvement roadmap, within agreed timeframes and delivering against agreed budgets. Driving change and efficiencies and challenging what we do and why we do it.
  • Data Strategy: Working with our data strategy team to shape data requirements, build use cases and develop models that can be used as part of our risk management framework. Supporting implementation and engagement with the business.
  • Customer Journey: Facilitate the design of our customer journey, working with the customer journey team, to identify pain points, gather, draft and refine requirements, consider enhancements and create and implement new processes or enhancements to existing processes, ensuring that BFS delivers an effective customer journey.
  • Strategic Delivery: Collaborating with the Strategy team, to develop and deliver strategic plans and changes for each business.
  • Digitisation and Automation: Identifying opportunities to automate and digitise areas within risk management, defining requirements and working with our IT team to assess and develop plans to implement and responsibility for delivery.

What we are looking for in our ideal Risk Methods & Process Lead - Flexible UK:

  • Project management methodologies, process mapping and process improvement techniques. Experience in the delivery of projects.
  • Industry experience – within financial services and invoice finance
  • Working knowledge of financial modelling, how they work, what they are trying to achieve, there application and there benefits.
  • Working knowledge of different technologies, including AI and machine learning
  • Experience in Operations or Risk Management roles within financial services
