Fabricator Welder
Location: Marden, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am - 5 pm
Salary: up to £19.50 P/H More for self employed

Our client, a leading steel fabrication and engineering company based in Marden, is looking for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join their innovative and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for welding and fabrication to take on diverse projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fabrication and welding tasks on mild steel and stainless steel projects.
- Work on vessels, pipework, platforms, and walkways.
- Produce high-quality welds using MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to carry out fabrication tasks with precision.
- Collaborate closely with the team to meet project deadlines and ensure high standards of workmanship.
Person Specification:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in fabrication.
- Expertise in light and heavy sheet metalwork, structural, and architectural fabrication.
- Ability to work confidently from drawings and utilise workshop equipment.
- Prior experience working through agencies is an advantage.
