Our client is a leading global company in the insurance industry.
This is a great opportunity for someone to quickly learn how sales works and to network with amazing sales managers and individuals across the country.
In this role you will be responsible for educating sales colleagues in the use of CRM systems and sales software.
This role will involve engaging with multiple stakeholders across their entire UK business - ensuring all materials are accurate and refreshed on an ongoing basis.
They are looking for a graduate who is keen to learn about the sales process and will be confident leading presentations and training sessions to small groups.
- Provide Sales Support materials (PowerPoint) and training
- Proactively share sales support materials with stakeholders in the business
- Engage with specialist teams to ensure full knowledge of the sales tool kits and become the guide on the tool across UK Retail
- Work with the Internal communications team to share key client wins and customer success stories
Essential Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal, and written communication.
- Ability to build rapport easily with colleagues.
- Proactive approach with a "can do" attitude.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working in a call centre
- Experience using CRM systems
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, but not crucial with evidence of similar work experience.
