Hours are 6 am - 2 pm or 2 pm - 10 pm on rotating shifts.
THE MANUFACTURING OPERATIVE ROLE:
Working on a busy, high-volume production line, this is a hands-on role involving:
- Following written instructions to mix rubber
- Accurately measure raw ingredients with digital scales
- Perform quality checks and make adjustments as necessary
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in operating machinery in a factory
- Team player and happy helping others
- Good communication skills
SALARY & BENEFITS YOU'LL RECEIVE AS MANUFACTURING OPERATIVE:
- £14.30 per hour (circa £27,885 per year)
- Discretionary 5.5% bonus (circa £1,533.68)
- 25 days holiday + public holidays
