Located in North Liverpool is a fabulous team who are in need for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join the team on an initial 15 month contract which has scope to be extended.

Description

Are you an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator with a passion for supporting commercial teams and managing data? We have an exciting 15-month fixed-term opportunity for you to make a real impact across a large and well known business

Your Role:

As a key member of our support team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial activities. You will:

  • Manage Rebates: Handle sales invoice deductions and accruals with precision.
  • Generate Reports: Provide accurate and timely customer sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Support the Commercial Team: Assist with general administration tasks to keep our commercial teams running efficiently.
  • Maintain Pricing and Promotions: Ensure customer pricing and promotions are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Master Data Management: Create and maintain master data for customers, suppliers, and products, adhering to our service agreements and policies.
  • Data Cleansing: Perform data cleansing in line with agreed policies to ensure data integrity.

Profile

You will be an articulate and professional Accounts Administrator with an excellent eye for detail and looking for a role within a finance function where you can grow your skills and develop a career within the sector.

You will have an understanding of sales ledger and accrual management, and be a confident communicator who prides themselves on having a strong eye for detail.

In addition you will be confident managing your own workload, and have strong ability with the MS Office suite.
